French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large onions, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans beef broth
    1/2 c. water
    2 to 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    Parmesan cheese, grated
    16 oz. pkg. Mozzarella, grated (you can substitute Swiss cheese)
    Italian croutons or 4 slices French bread, toasted and buttered
Preparation
    In saucepan, cook onions in butter until onions are tender. Add broth, water and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
    Simmer, covered, 25 minutes.
    Place croutons or French bread in ovenproof bowls.
    Spoon onion soup over croutons or French bread. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Top with grated Mozzarella cheese. Broil until cheese melts and turns golden brown. Serves 4.
