The Doctor'S Meat Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 parts ground beef
1 part ground pork
eggs
peanut butter
onion salt
garlic powder
Preparation

Select the desired amount of ground meats.
Add one or more eggs and a spoonful or two of peanut butter.
Add onion salt and garlic powder.
A small amount of catsup may be added if desired. Make into patties and place in the broiler section of the oven. Cook under the flame until done and browned on both sides.
Juices will seep out and make a hell of a gravy for mashed potatoes.
