Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. milk
    2 c. firmly packed peaches, drained (keep juice)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in deep 10-inch glass pie plate or 7 x 11-inch rectangular baking dish.
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add milk and stir well.
    Pour mixture into baking dish.
    Do not stir.
    Top with peaches.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    Pour juice into small pot.
    Bring to a boil.
    Mix about 2 tablespoons cornstarch with a little water until smooth.
    Pour into hot juice and stir until slightly thickened.
    Pour over top cobbler and serve.
    Serves 4.
