Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, well beaten
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. blueberries
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix margarine and shortening together until smooth.
    Mix in sugar and egg.
    Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
    Fold in 1 1/4 cup blueberries.
    Fold into the first mixture with the milk.
    Transfer to oiled muffin tins.
    Top each muffin with 1 teaspoon of the remaining blueberries.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 425\u00b0.
