Pie Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/3 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
    ice cold water
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Add vinegar to 5 tablespoons water and mix.
    Cut shortening into flour and salt.
    Add egg mixture.
    Line pie pan and bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 3 crusts.
