Wild Rice And Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. wild rice (raw)
3 qt. boiling water
1/2 lb. bacon
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. chicken broth
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
Preparation

Soak rice in warm water about 2 to 4 hours.
Wash rice several times and drain.
Boil 3 quarts of water and add rice.
Bring to second boil; remove from heat.
Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Drain.
Cook bacon until crisp and drain.
Melt butter in separate pan with chopped vegetables.
Saute until half done.
Mix rice, bacon and vegetables together.
Place in greased baking dish; cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
