Seasoned Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) broiler or fryer
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. sage or thyme
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1-inch vegetable oil
Preparation
    Wash chicken and skin it.
    Mix bread crumbs and seasonings. Mix egg and water; cover cookie sheet with foil and cover with margarine.
    Dip each piece of chicken in egg white and then bread crumbs.
    Place on foil.
    Dribble oil over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn over and bake another 30 minutes.
