Apple Streusel Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. apple, pared and shredded
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. soft butter
1/3 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation

In medium bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg.
Stir in apple; set aside.
