Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 bell peppers
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. rice
1/3 c. ketchup
1 egg
garlic to taste
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 tsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
dash of pepper and salt
Preparation

Cut the bell peppers.
Mix hamburger, celery, rice, ketchup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, pepper and egg. Fill peppers with meat mixture.
Place in square baking dish.
Mix tomato sauce, sugar and basil in 2 cup glass measure.
Boil 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve sauce over peppers.
