Award Winning Lemon Sherbert("No Birthday Is Complete Without This One.") - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 pint half and half
1/2 pint whipping cream
3 cups sugar
2/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp lemon extract
6 cups milk
1 pkg lemon jello

Preparation

Combine cream cheese, half and half, and sugar until dissolved. Stir in lemon juice, vanilla, and lemon extract.
Whip cream slightly and add to mixture.
Add jello and milk.
Mix well. Freeze in 1 gallon freezer.
