Homemade Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/3 c. cake flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten well
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Sift the first 3 ingredients together.
Cream the shortening and sugar.
Add the vanilla and eggs.
Add the flour mixture and alternate with milk.
Spoon batter into cupcake forms.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
Makes 14 to 16 large cupcakes.
