Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, diced
    1 c. peas
    1 c. dry rice (uncooked)
    1 pt. tomatoes (2 c.)
    1 Tbsp. green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Add uncooked rice, peas, tomatoes, green pepper (can use 1/2 cup), salt and pepper.
    Heat. Pour into Pam sprayed casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Be sure there is enough liquid for rice to cook.
