Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 Ritz crackers
2/3 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
whipped cream
Preparation

Crush crackers.
Chop nuts.
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff. Add sugar, baking powder and vanilla.
Fold in nuts and crackers. Pour in greased and floured pie dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Cool. Top with whipped cream with added sugar and vanilla.
