Cheddar Cheese Corn Meal Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Blend dry ingredients together.
Beat egg, milk and butter. Add the dry ingredients.
Add cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 about 15 minutes in buttered muffin tins.
You may freeze and reheat.
