Scotch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    hard-boiled eggs
    flour
    beaten egg
    hot sausage
    3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. sage
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Roll hard-boiled eggs in flour.
    Wrap in hot sausage.
    Roll in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs with sage added.
    Fry in deep hot oil for 10 to 12 minutes until very brown.
