Sour Cream Raisin Pie(A Covered Wagon Days Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. thick sour cream
1 1/2 c. raisins

Preparation

Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
Mix flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and cloves and blend in.
Fold in sour cream and raisins. Pour into pastry lined pie pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
