Broiled Lamb Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground lamb
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Arrange on broiler rack leaving 2-inches between the surface of the patties and the heat.
    Broil on one side until brown, about 10 minutes.
    Turn and brown the other side.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
