Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. milk
2 slices cubed bread
1 c. grated cheese
1 lb. mild sausage, brown and drain
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
Add bread crumbs and stir. Add sausage and cheese.
Pour into greased pan.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let stand before serving. Great for brunch.
