Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. onion salt or powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; drain well.
    Mash potatoes; add all other ingredients.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Will keep 2 weeks.
