Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot Jell-O
1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 or 3 oranges, peeled and sectioned
2 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
Preparation

Bring 1 cup nectar to boil; add Jell-O and dissolve.
Dissolve gelatine in 1/2 cup of the remaining nectar, then add to Jell-O mix.
Cool until thickened.
Pour into square glass dish.
Add pineapple and juice.
Remove membranes from sectioned citrus fruit and cut into bite size pieces.
Add to mixture.
Chill until firm, stirring occasionally.
Using the fresh citrus fruit gives this salad a delicious flavor.
