Rice And Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 stick oleo
    1 jalapeno pepper (if desired hot)
    1 c. rice
    2 cans cream-style corn
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper and jalapeno pepper (if desired) in oleo.
    Cook rice and cream-style corn.
    Add rice and corn to onion and pepper; mix good.
    Pour in casserole and top with grated cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and starting to brown.
