Wild Stir-Fry Chicken Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
4 chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 c. water
1 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice (original fast-cooking recipe)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook until firm and white.
Add water, contents of rice and seasoning packets, onion, salt and pepper.
Stir and bring to boil.
Reduce heat and cover until water is absorbed.
