Broccoli-Cheese Potato Topper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Cheddar cheese soup
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 c. broccoli flowerets
Preparation

Mix soup, sour cream and mustard.
Microwave on High 2 1/2 minutes.
Stir; add broccoli and microwave 1 minute.
Spoon over split baked potatoes.
Makes 4 servings.
