Lou'S Barbecued Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 leg of lamb, bone out, cut into 3 or 4 large steak size pieces
    garlic, mined
    olive oil
    Worcestershire sauce
    herbs
    lemon juice
    tomato or V-8 juice
    a little red wine
Preparation
    Broil on an outdoor grill not too fast (raise up 6-inches or more from hot coals) until medium brushing each side as you turn with marinade sauce.
