Almond Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. ground almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. peanut oil
Preparation

Combine soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder.
Cut chicken into bite size chunks.
Add chicken to sauce.
Marinate for at least 2 hours.
In another bowl, combine flour, almonds and seasonings. Add chicken and toss.
Cook in a saucepan for 20 minutes.
