Chinese Stir-Fry A La Matt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, chicken or pork, thinly cut
    pinch of garlic powder
    pinch of onion powder
    2 c. sliced carrots
    2 c. chopped broccoli
    2 c. chopped cauliflower
    2 pkg. Ramen noodles
    2 Tbsp. oil
    soy sauce to taste
Preparation
    In hot frying pan or wok, place 2 tablespoons oil, meat, garlic powder and onion powder.
    Brown meat, adding soy sauce and flavoring package from 1 package of Ramen noodles.
    Set aside. Cook both packages of Ramen noodles and set aside.
    In the same hot frying pan, fry vegetables in a little oil, soy sauce and second Ramen flavoring package.
    Turn veggies often.
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and serve.
