Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) fryer
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. sour cream
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 can tomato soup (not diluted)
Preparation

Cut fryer into serving pieces, dust with flour and brown in oil.
When chicken is lightly browned, add onion and mushrooms and cook until they are lightly browned.
Add sour cream, tomato soup and seasonings, stir until blended.
Cover and simmer for about an hour or until tender.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
