Beet Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. beet juice
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 box powdered pectin
    4 c. sugar
    1 small packet Kool-Aid or small pkg. Jell-O (raspberry works very well)
Preparation
    Combine beet juice, lemon juice and pectin.
    Bring to a rolling boil.
    Add sugar and continue boiling until it reaches the \"jelly stage.\"
    Add the Jell-O or Kool-Aid and mix well.
    Pour into hot jars.
    Put on lids and screw caps that have been in boiling water and seal.
