Quick Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In skillet, brown steak and onion in butter until tender. Stir in other ingredients.
    Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes. Stir occasionally.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
    Add a tossed salad and rye bread for a delicious supper.
