Derek'S Favorite Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
1 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. margarine
Preparation

In large bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Combine milk, water and margarine in small saucepan.
Heat over low heat until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
Margarine does not need to melt.
Slowly add to dry ingredients; beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Add 1/2 cup flour.
Beat at high speed 2 minutes.
Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
Turn out onto lightly floured board; knead 5 minutes.
Place in greased bowl.
Cover; place in pan of water about 98\u00b0.
Let rise 15 minutes.
Turn dough out on floured board.
Divide in half.
Roll each half into 12 x 9-inch rectangle.
Cut into 12 strips.
Hold on end of strip (about 1-inch wide) and wind around to form coil.
Tuck end under.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Cover; let rise 15 minutes.
Bake at 425\u00b0 about 12 minutes.
