Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Heat chocolate syrup in heavy pan over medium heat until it reaches the boiling stage.
    Let it almost come up to a rolling boil.
    Add vanilla and salt, then add condensed milk, stirring very rapidly as it is poured in.
    Immediately reduce heat to low; continue to stir constantly until well emulsified.
    Do not remove from low temperature for several minutes.
    It will get thick and creamy.
    Remove from heat; stir occasionally.
    Keep warm.
