Arroz Con Pollo (Chicken With Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
    garlic
    oregano
    pepper
    salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small jar green olives
    5 c. cooked rice
    1 bouillon cube (chicken)
Preparation
    The night before:
    Cut chicken.
    Rub with garlic, oregano, salt and pepper mixture.
    Marinate in 3 tablespoons of oil in refrigerator overnight.
