Crab Meat Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans drained crab meat
    3 envelopes plain gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
    1 can cream of tomato soup
    1 c. chopped celery
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 small chopped onion
    1 c. mayo
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water. Heat soup and add softened gelatin and cream cheese and blend well. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a greased mold. Chill well. Serve with crackers.
