Basil Chicken And Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. skinned and boned chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. sliced mushrooms
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
2 pt. pasta sauce
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
8 oz. fettuccine
Preparation
-
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
Saute chicken in vegetable oil until meat turns white.
Add mushrooms and basil, cook until mushrooms are tender.
Add pasta sauce and simmer until heated through.
Cook fettuccine according to directions.
Top fettuccine with basil chicken sauce.
Garnish with Romano cheese.
Serves 4.
