Rice Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 1/2 c. canned stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. rice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Heat oil and add onions.
Saute 5 minutes.
Add meat and cook until light brown.
Add rice and other ingredients.
Stir well. Cover and cook over low heat 25 minutes or until rice is cooked. Stir occasionally so that mixture does not stick.
