Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled and thinly sliced baking potatoes
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium-sized green pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. catsup or chili sauce
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Arrange potatoes in a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with next 4 ingredients.
    Set aside.
    Combine next 8 ingredients; mix lightly.
    Spread mixture evenly over potatoes.
    Spoon 1/4 cup catsup over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
