Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium peeled potatoes, sliced thin
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu sauce
1 lb. hamburger
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown hamburger in skillet. Drain fat.
Add Ragu and all ingredients except cheese.
Bring to a boil. Simmer on low 15 minutes.
In greased casserole, alternate layers of sauce and potatoes, beginning and ending with sauce.
Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle Mozzarella on top.
Return to oven, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Let set 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
