Main Dish Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
3/4 c. milk
dash of hot sauce
1 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat well.
Stir in cheese.
Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
