Passover Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    rind and juice of 1 orange and 1 lemon
    3/4 c. potato starch
Preparation
    Separate 6 eggs.
    Add 2 whole eggs to yolks.
    Beat yolks until very thick while adding sugar, a little at a time.
    Beat until sugar is dissolved.
    Add rind and juices.
    Fold starch into mixture.
    Beat whites until they form soft peaks. Add to yolks and fold until well blended.
    Pour into 10-inch tube pan and bake until nicely browned, 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Invert to cool.
