Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
4 eggs
8 oz. cottage cheese
small onion, chopped (optional)
10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked
1 small can or 1/2 large can cream-style corn
use liquid from broccoli if needed
1 1/2 sticks margarine or 3/4 c. Puritan oil

(I use margarine because it doesn't make it quite so greasy.)
