Pesto Pasta With Crawfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 container Contadina pesto
1 tsp. chopped fresh garlic
2 Tbsp. margarine or olive oil
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
8 oz. chopped fresh mushrooms
1 lb. crawfish tails
angel hair pasta

Preparation

Saute vegetables in margarine until tender.
Add garlic and cook until garlic is tender.
Add crawfish tails and cook until done.
(Do not overcook!)
Turn fire off, add fresh pesto sauce and mix well.
Serve over angel hair pasta.
