Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box chicken Stove Top stuffing
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Mix stuffing and butter.
Put half of it in the bottom of casserole.
Cook zucchini, carrots and onions for 10 minutes.
Add the sour cream and chicken soup.
Put this mixture on top of stuffing and then the rest of the stuffing on top.
Bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
