Carob Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 c. date butter (made with equal amounts of water and chopped dates, cooked until smooth)
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    1/3 c. carob powder
    1/2 c. coconut (unsweetened)
Preparation
    Boil carob in water, stirring for 5 minutes until smooth paste.
    Mix all ingredients and press into a square pan and refrigerate.
