Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 lb. butter
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 pt. kernels
Preparation
    Combine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
