Cream Of Crab Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 wine glass sherry
Preparation
    Melt butter; stir in flour.
    Add milk, salt, black pepper and red pepper.
    Stir until well heated and thickened.
    Add crabmeat and cream.
    Heat well, then add sherry.
    Delicious!
