Quick Mini Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 English muffins
pizza sauce or ketchup
1 lb. cooked ground beef
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning

Preparation

Split muffins. Spread each half with pizza sauce.
Top with meat. Sprinkle with cheese and seasoning.
Bake in oven preheated to 400\u00b0 until cheese melts and muffin is crisp.
