Seattle Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can (2 c.) salmon
    2 eggs
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Peel number of potatoes desired; roll in flour, then roll in melted oleo, then roll in crushed corn flakes.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
