Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    perch, flounder, haddock or pollock
    salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, sliced garlic, sliced lemon and bread crumbs
Preparation
    Put the seasonings and bread crumbs on top of the fish.
    Put a little oil on bottom of baking dish.
    Place fish in baking dish. Bake about 20 minutes at 300\u00b0, then add water and baste.
