Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. cornbread crumbs*
3 1/2 c. white bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. chopped celery
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sage
1 qt. turkey/chicken broth (more liquid may be added if moist dressing is desired)
Preparation

Mix bread crumbs in a large bowl.
Saute celery in butter until tender, yet crisp.
Mix the egg into the milk until it is well beaten.
Add all the ingredients to the bread crumbs and mix well.
Bake in a shallow greased pan at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until mixture is as dry as you like it. It will dry a little after removed from the oven.
