Lazy Jane'S Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Burgundy wine
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme
1 sliced medium onion
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs (store bought)
1/8 c. flour
1 lb. beef stew meat, cubed

Preparation

Combine first five ingredients.
Mix with stew meat into casserole.
Cover and bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
Stir several times (if you're home).
